Santa Cruz Beach Train

Today we tried to take the Santa Cruz Beach Train from Roaring Camp to Santa Cruz and back.

Oh no, it derailed!

We had to wait about 35 minutes for another locomotive to come and pull us back to where we started from.

Hooray, locomotive 2641 came to our rescue!

In the end we didn’t get to go to Santa Cruz after all. We were too tired so we went home. They refunded our tickets.
